"It has been a pleasure working with this customer. I try to treat all of my jobs as if the house belonged to me and I get a lot of personal satisfaction when I can please the homeowners."
"I do not feel this customer graded me fairly. It is true that the job took a couple of days longer than anticipated, but I'm not sure the weekend should be counted as workdays unless it is previously discussed . I did call this customer and gave her all updates except one day when she called me first, it ended up being a vehicle breakdown . I did fix additional plumbing problems that caused a delay , I did these ai no charge to the customer.. This customer just does not have a good understanding of the different processes involved with tile installation that must be followed, but instead wanted to second guess these. Some things cannot be expedited. As far as the scope of work is concerned it was clear I was not to be responsible for sheetrock repairs or painting. I was surprised that this was listed as a complaint . I realize that remodeling is stressful business for my customers. It can also be stressful for the contractor, especially when there are unreasonable demands and expectations. I do wish them better luck with their future contractors."
