I found Rick through HomeAdvisor and I immediately liked his questions on the phone. He came out for an estimate and was very upfront and honest about the issues related to installing slightly used carpet which is what we wanted to do. He came out today and performed the tear out of the old pad and carpet and replaced them. He did an excellent job and left the area clean. And, in addition, he is a delightful person and a pleasure to work with.
