"Nick and his crew did a great job! It took them longer than they expected, and more stuff was rotted than they thought, but Nick was a man of his word. We agreed upon a price and shook hands, and he said I gave you a price, and I'm not changing it even though it took me a few more days than expected. I respect that as I am the same way with my company's. He will be doing my basement and my other house on the property very soon!"

Communication was great throughout the process. The only issue we ran in to was having materials delivered. Charlie let me know as soon as that happened, and worked quickly to find another supplier.
