"We have hired Cummings Home for multiple projects. Built our new deck absolutely gorgeous. They have hung Electrical fixtures, laid flooring and painting too. They are our go to company for all our repairs and maintenance needs. Excellent roofing and repair company! You won’t be disappointed. They even did a Commercial wash down and maintenance on the inside of a huge bakery. Great Company!"

"All Around Solutions LLC workers have been doing an impeccable job at my home! Ethan Putnam and his team are professional, knowledgeable. and pleasant to be around. Ethan has great communication skills too. Compliments from my friends and family have been things like, "This looks like a new house and this doesn't look like the same living room." This company is awesome! Great choice! Their prices are reasonable too. Special THANKS goes out to Ethan & team! /S/ Pauline Green "

"These guys have and continue to do a fantastic job on our property. I hire them to mow and maintain my property on a weekly basis, but Iâ ve also hired them to do some bigger landscaping projects and they have crushed it every single time. These guys are honest, friendly, punctual, and always meet expectations. They have earned my business for years to come!"

"We had Michael Sovastion and Wade Loden out to our property to do some land clearing. Both gentlemen were on time. They were within the budget quoted. The work conducted was impeccable. They were polite, and went above and beyond. The care that they put into the job was most outstanding. I was very impressed of the attention to detail and care that was put into the equipment the used for the job. (This is a Military small owned business) that is doing outstanding work at every level. I plan to bring them back for more work in the future. My wife and myself are retired Military, we expect attention to detail and we got it 100% and then some. They have set the standard for all others to follow. FAQs for retaining wall installation projects in Ocoee, TN

Landscapers typically charge $25 to $50 per person per hour, which equals around $50 to $100 per hour for a two-person crew. These rates can vary depending on your location, the size of staff needed for the job, and overall job type. For example, a larger crew will be needed for structural additions and hardscaping versus planting flowers.

When it comes to landscapers, licensing laws vary. Landscaping architects are required to be licensed in all 50 states, whereas traditional landscaping contractors are not typically required to hold a certification. You’ll likely be working with a landscaping contractor for most residential projects. If you are redesigning your whole yard or adding in hardscape features, you will work with a landscaping architect at some point during the project. Be sure to check our state licensing tool to review the local landscaper guidelines.

As you browse our pro listings, take note of the “Angi Approved” badge. Angi Approved businesses meet our standards for certification which include:

  • The owner, principal, or relevant manager passed a criminal background check

  • Required to have applicable state and local licenses

  • Maintain an average star rating of 3.0 or better on our network, if they have at least one review

  • Paying to advertise their services

  • Meeting any other eligibility criteria required by Angi

Keep in mind licensing is different from certifications. A license is a legal requirement to operate a business, while certifications are voluntary.

A paver patio can last anywhere from 20 to 100 years, depending on the type of pavers and how well you maintain them.

Travertine pavers are usually the most durable, lasting 100 years or more, with regular maintenance. Concrete brick pavers have a variety of shapes and colors available and typically last 25 to 50 years. Traditional brick pavers have a more classic look, lasting around 20 years with proper maintenance.

Landscaping costs around $3,500 but varies widely from $200 to $14,000. Factors that play a part in your final landscaping price tag include:

  • Location

  • Yard size

  • Project size

  • Materials

  • Land preparation

  • Type of landscaping

Considering so many factors, it’s not surprising that the overall costs can differ. A typical landscaping project is flower bed installation, which averages between $800 and $3,000. However, landscape lighting installation is a higher-end project, with a price tag of $2,000 to $6,000

The cost of a paver patio is $3,800 for a 280-square-foot patio on average. Depending on the patio size, paver material, and design complexity, this cost can range from $2,400 to $7,000 or more.

The size of your patio is a significant factor in the project’s overall cost. If you're building a smaller patio of only 60 square feet, your costs will be closer to $480 to $1,500. If you want a more luxurious 900-square-foot patio, you'll spend closer to $7,200 to $22,500.
