A crew of 3 (CJ, Haywood, and Alijah) did an outstanding job. Loading and unloading with great care. Set up bed and sectional couch. Moved boxes to the appropriate rooms.

They were very professional and courtesy. Arrived when they were suppose to. We had very heavy pieces that need to go up two flights of stairs, no walls or ceilings were damaged. Left things neat and clean. Definitely would use them again. Will also refer friends.

Great & organized! Wish our new house had been ready so we wouldn’t have to move temporarily to storage. Now need to move 4miles to the house next week. Wish we could use A1A for the final move. Blake & his crew were first class!

Guys were right on time and worked extremely hard to complete my move. I have a lot of heavy pieces including a King size four post bed which they disassembled and reassembled for me at my new residence. Everything was wrapped well to protect and all items arrived in the same condition they left in. Would highly recommend.

This was the worst move I've ever had in my life. I would not wish this moving company on my worst enemy. Blake came to see all of the items in my house several weeks before moving, he did a walk through and saw everything in my house. I informed him that I had a 5x10 storage unit full of totes and boxes that would be going on the move with us. I was transparent about everything. Prior to moving day, to help expedite the process, we took apart two of our three beds for them. They showed up on moving day around 11 as agreed and an hour into the move, I told him I was extremely concerned that the truck was too small and it wasn't going to fit everything. He assured me it was going to fit. I re-iterated this several times during the day, and was repeatedly assured it was all going to fit. At 5pm, I walked out to the truck, and there was about a foot left and I still had a lot of items left in my house and garage that needed to be packed. The people buying my house were going to be there in an hour for final inspection and I had to be out the next day for closing. Blake was standing there ... looking dumbfounded ... saying ... wow... it's not going to fit. No kidding.. I've been telling you this all day. At this time he informs me they will have see if they can try to get a second truck and that he will run some calculations to figure out how much additional it's going to cost me ( when this isn't even my fault that he didn't figure out what size truck he needed ). He left me with no options. He left me with zero time to get other quotes. I basically can't tell him to unload the truck because I have sold my house and have to be out that night, and he spent all day loading my stuff onto a truck that is too small. They showed back up a couple hours later and told me it was going to be an additional $2400 for the second truck .. which I had no choice but to pay ... to get the rest of my stuff. Fast forward to IN when my stuff is getting delivered. Movers start bringing things into the house. We notice that my mattress which I thankfully wrapped in a mattress moving bag, had water all over it. Mentioned it to the moving crew, and was ignored. Asked the movers to put anything that said garage in the garage. Anything that said Master Bedroom in the Master Bedroom, and anything that said Kitchen in the Kitchen. Anything other boxes could go in one front room stacked. Simple enough... right? NO... apparently not. Garage stuff was stacked in the house, some house items were stacked in the garage, nothing for the master bedroom was in the master bedroom. After the couch was moved in, and assembled ( because it was a sectional ) .. my fiance decided to sit on it for a few minutes, and guess what? She was sitting in water. There was NO WAY that they carried this couch and it's cushions in, and handled it to assemble it, and did not notice it was soaked with water. But they sure weren't going to mention it to us. We had to ask them and ask them bluntly what the **** was going on with all of the water? That's when they finally admitted there was a leak in the moving truck and stopped what they were doing and took some pictures. I understand stuff happens and there is a leak.. that's what insurance is for... but these guys were blatantly trying to hide it so they didn't have to deal with it. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. People should also note, this company is not a member of the BBB, and not a member of any major moving organization from what I can tell. I honestly thought I was dealing with A1A Movers and Storage ( who is a member of all of these ) and was sorely disappointed to find out this company is using a similar name to get some of their business.

The move couldn't have gone better! The guys were great, they were very friendly, conciensious, and hard working. I can't recommend them enough!

Excellent! Blake was great on the phone with the estimate and planning. Darren and Ray, the movers, did an outstanding job which made moving day less stressful. They carefully covered furniture and piano with quilts and shrink wrap. They worked steadily and agreeably. Highly recommend!

Perfect. They moved my things from Jacksonville to Palm Coast. I had an unexpected delay in the drop off and they worked with me to arrange a smooth move. They were very considerate and polite. Very careful with some of my old furniture. Lawrence built a sturdy frame for a special picture. Travis lifted and moved things all day with a cheerful smile and no complaints I do believe Carlos can measure things just by looking without a ruler. They took off doors and replaced them with no scratches or scrapes. Tina, in the office, fielded my frantic phone calls about the delay and worked with Blake to ensure everything went smoothly. Blake and his team were professional, communicative, and organized. They were all so nice and polite with everyone in the family. Superb group of movers! They were thorough in ensuring that they would be able to fit all the items onto their truck to minimize trips. I have over 40+ boxes and 10+ large items that required them to move them to the second floor. They made sure that they followed safe practices for themselves and my home. The quoted information was accurate and honest. I would most definitely hire Blake and his company for any move (local, state to state, nationally). I feel their work was beyond what I had expected.

The two guys showed up late, but DID keep in touch with me about it. This was an easy move with no steps involved! All three appliances were donated to my school for free. I hope hoping to get a discount from this company, as well! They delivered, and gave me $50 off if I tipped them! Lol I did! The guys were awesome, too!

This company is Fantastic!!! I have used them 3 times now. Blake and his crew were on time and very professional. I underestimated the amount of packing I had to do and his crew jumped right in and helped me finish up. They were very kind about it as well! I will definitely be using them again when I move into my new place in a couple of months. If I could rate them higher I would! You can stop looking A1 Moving and Storage is the company to hire!!! 10☆

The move went well, but the movers dropped a printer/scanner and we informed Blake of the issue which he initially said he would pay for multiple times. He then found out the cost and then referred to the contract, which he should have done in the first place. Took several attempts to try to get anything done. He said he would send a check in May but it s August and still nothing. The movers were good but we get really bad service from the owner. Very unprofessional. Would not hire. Look elsewhere.

Best moving experience to date. Carlos, Lawrence and I believe Taylor were very professional very punctual with no issues at all. Everything was moved very efficiently. They didn’t waste any time even though they were getting paid by the hour. Finished it way faster than I assumed. Would highly recommend them!

Blake originally estimated 8 hours to do the job. The guys he sent were able to finish in 4!! The team was absolutely the hardest workers I've ever met and fun as heck!! Blake was very professional as well from start to finish.

I highly recommend A1A Moving and Transport. Blake was easy to work with and gave us a very reasonable estimate on our move, including packing. When our closing kept changing and we ended up in a 2 story instead of a 1 story he kept the quote the same and was extremely flexible with our changing needs. The crew was very professional and took great care with our belongings. Moving can be stressful and you end up spending a lot of time with the moving crew and they were a pleasure to work with!!
