"I had the occasion to call Mr. "Noel" to do some grout work that I seemed to not be able to get anyone to come out and complete before I had a new shower door installed. When I first contacted him it was thought that he was busy for far beyond when I needed the completed, but he found a time, was punctual and did the best job that he could with the prior tile work, he was not completely happy with his job and offered to come back to do a complete removal of the shower base and put in new tile at a reduced rate. Noel was very personable and as most Englishmen (including myself) talkative. I am happy with the work and would recommend him.
