"I cannot say enough great things about All Service Moving—and ESPECIALLY Rico and Reyes, who were absolute lifesavers for my last-minute move. After another moving company bailed on me the day before my scheduled move, All Service swooped in and saved the day. Rico and Reyes showed up EARLY, upbeat, and ready to tackle the challenge—even with super heavy furniture that usually requires a 4-person crew. Somehow, the two of them handled everything like pros without a single scratch or ding—on the furniture or either home. What really stood out was how personable, kind, and thoughtful they were. They moved quickly and efficiently, knowing I was paying by the hour, but never once sacrificed care or quality. They were kind to my mom (who was helping me out), and so sweet to my two dogs too. If you’re planning a move, ask for Rico and Reyes by name. They went above and beyond, and I want their team to know what a fantastic job they did. They deserve every bit of recognition. 100% recommend."

"The 2 people who actually showed up were professional, although they arrived very late, which I attribute to three poor management. I was quoted 3 guys for 8 hours, and only 2 showed up. They attempted to overcharge me the original quote. Long story short, Tower contracted a local company and did a poor job of handing over the job."

"In spite of numerous negative reviews about Move Quick, Inc., I opted to hire this company for my move from West Virginia to Los Angeles. I spoke to Phillip, the manager/owner, who convinced me that the posted complaints had been resolved and were exaggerations. However, I, too, was subjected to an exaggerated low bid in order to snag my business. I, too, experience problems with the pick up and the delivery dates. The movers were a day late in arriving, then quoted me a 67% increase in price, from $3,100 to $5,200. BUT I was stuck. The company already had my deposit money. Also, I was charged for one flight of stairs and an exaggerated inaccurate measurement of my front door to the truck. I had been told there was no fee for one flight. I had provided exact measurements for the items in my two rooms of furniture. True, I had 51 boxes instead of 40 but that did not warrant such an increase in price, 67% almost $2,000. Delivery was also problematic. I had told Move Quick, Inc. that I would be at my new home 25 days after the pick up, October 30, 2019. That should have been more than enough time for any truck to drive cross country. They made me wait until December 4, 2020, a total of 25 days to drive 2,400 miles. I made the drive solo in 5 days. Communication with the company once they have your money is near to impossible. It took threats and 6 days for Philip to respond. He then provided an insignificant $75 discount. My recommendation: go with a larger company than can provide an accurate estimate and deliver within a reasonable time. Also, use a company that uses the industry standard of moving cost based on the weight of your items. Don’t let Phillip tell you his method of charging based on volume is better. No one else does this, for a reason. Other estimates I had received were in the $3,700 range.I should have Booked Elsewhere!”"

"Insure your items, if you don't want to end up like me. They broke my bed when breaking it down. The movers tried to hide the damage and Hornet will not agree to fix my bed, only pay cents on the dollar for the damaged they caused my bed, nightstands, freezer, dining set, dressers and couch. Why? I did not opt to pay for additional insurance. After initially offering to fix my bed, I was later told they would not do so. So, now here I am months later with a bed I am unable to put together and the compensation they are offering is not sufficient to cover the damage. I even contacted the BBB and they closed the case because Hornet was unwilling to budge in agreeing to fix what they broke. AVOID HORNET MOVING AT ALL COSTS, unless you are willing to buy extra insurance. All of their teams aren't this careless, but if you happen to get one - buyer beware. FYI, the last two pics show where my bed was vs. where I found the piece of my broken bed by the wall. I could have written this review long ago. And I have more pics and emails as proof of all these things, but I was hoping Hornet would do the right thing for their customer by fixing what they damaged. Know who you're working with or you may end up in a similar situation."

"Do yourself a favor and PICK ANOTHER COMPANY If I could give zero stars I would 1. The night before my move they called trying to increase my rate which we had already agreed upon weeks prior in and estimate which was overestimated 2. They were 30 minutes late. And they 3rd guy was an hour late (but he was free because I refused to pay the upcharge they tried to get me to agree to the night prior) 3. Complaints about moving from a 3rd floor 4a. Damaged the stand 1 of my older televisions sits on. I replaced it for 20 bucks no big deal. Scratched my dresser. It’s old and I want a new one no big deal again. Left there wrapping plastic on a few items after I was assured they would not during my estimate. I had a bunch of other things to go in the trash no big deal again. 4. They damaged my BRAND new television. Worst part is during the estimate I asked if I should purchase a tv box and they assured me they could move it without incident. 5. Accused me of lying when I said my tv was undamaged prior to the move. But the lines are visible on my tv when it’s off so there no way they would have noticed 6 . Unresponsive when I questioned about the status of my insurance claim,. It’s been i month and I still can’t get a straight answer from them I should have held my final payment but they informed me that an insurance claim couldn’t be filed without it. I’ve informed my friends who referred me to this company of their negligence and they are no longer recommending them."
