They moved a very expensive piano in what amounted to an uncovered pickup truck. The piano arrived undamaged, but the entire process came off as very unprofessional. The one positive is that full insurance is included in the cost of the move.

It was great. Rick was considerate, very thorough and very quick. My friend said that he was also great at her house. She had 12 steps in front of her house, but he was prepared and got the piano in with no trouble.
