"Hired Neli for a virtual repair of our Whirlpool washer. Tom was VERY knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We came up with a solid diagnosis of my issue and the replacement parts required. "Contractor was selected by our home warranty company after paying our service fee. Contractor did come to diagnose the problem with our dishwasher. He called our home warranty company and the work was approved. Part was ordered. I received an email saying the part had arrived and to schedule an appointment on the contractors website. I scheduled the appointment and no one showed up at the scheduled time or the time allotted for a technician to show up. I called and emailed the contractor with no response. After about a week I spoke to the contractor and he apologized that I wasn't contacted about the part. Apparently the emailed I received was automated and that I should have waited until he contacted me to let me know that the part had arrived. He apologized again said that the part in question should arrive the next or the following day and that he would contact me. Fast forward two weeks and the same story. I would strongly encourage anyone that appreciates good customer service to not use Phoenix Appliance Repair our of McLeansville, NC."
