Rizo Hardwood Floors

Raul contacted me and came out on a Sunday to give me a quote which was awesome since I didn’t have to wait till Monday. We agreed on price and date for the job that Sunday. He showed up on time and masterfully fixed my hardwood floor issue and the leak that caused it. All work started and finished on the same day including the hardwood stain. I will use him again if I have a flooring project.

Raul was a complete professional.. I called on a Tuesday morning and he came that same day in the afternoon to look and access what needed to be done. He came Wednesday morning when he said and went to work repairing our hardwood flooring. He did a great job and also left our room clean and neat. Would definitely recommend his services.

Rizo was prompt, thorough and expertly repaired and replaced some water-damaged and buckled slats in our hardwood floors, We were impressed by his conscious desire to make us happy. Plus, we found his prices very reasonable,

Raul did a great job refinishing our stairs and worked around our schedule.

We hired Rizo Hardwoods to removed wall-to-wall carpet & refinish the oak floors underneath and to install vinyl flooring in a large bonus room. They subbed out the vinyl install - it is great. The refinish work is just not good. You have to keep the big sander moving or you get visible dips like the one in my office. And sporadically there are rough patches in the finish. You can see a lot of these (and the Swiffer catches and drags). I wonder if the whole job was rushed because he was leaving on a big trip the day after completion.

The finish product, looks like brand new floors. We are very pleased and happy with our refinished floors. I would use this Rozo Hardwoods again.

I hired Rizo Hardwood Floors to refinish over 1000sq ft of hardwood floors in a home that I purchased. Raul and his team were honest, affordable, friendly, and punctual. I was comfortable allowing them access to my home throughout the job without my presence. They finished the job in the timeframe expected. Their attention to detail is impeccable, and the quality of work is outstanding. Raul spent time sampling several different stains to ensure that we were happy with the color. He even adjusted the tone slightly during the staining process to accommodate me. I would utilize Rizo Hardwood Floors again in the future, and I would recommend these guys to anyone who is in search of wood flooring services.

Rizo Hardwoods did an excellent job! They did work at my sister's house and we decided to hire them to refinish our hardwoods, knowing they do quality work. We closed on our house on Thursday, Raul and his team started the job Friday and we were able to move into our house in less than a week! The floors look brand new. Rizo hardwoods also did a nice job cleaning up after themselves.

Raul did an absolute amazing job in a unique setting.. an old church turned into apts. He refinished a large living room area, buffed and top coated stairs and balcony/bedroom area. He also installed new wood floors in the kitchen. Since the new wood in kitchen and old wood in LR are right next to each other, he made the transition from one to another look great! He is honest, hard working and he aims to please his clients. He work is outstanding! I would recommend him to anyone that needs his services! Great job Raul!!!!
