"David was a true pleasure to work with when I had my concrete patio poured. My previous patio was an absolute nightmare. The previous owners had just laid brick pavers down on top of dirt and it had settled and caused drainage issues. After three years we had had enough and decided to replace it with concrete. After searching all morning and requesting quotes from big name companies I stumbled across Ace Concrete on Angi. The "big name" companies couldn't make it out until later in the week and one of them even had a minimum charge of $4,000 before even starting a job. I reached out to David and he answered my first phone call with a pleasant demeanor. He even offered to meet me at my home during my lunch break to look at the patio and quote the work. I was extremely pleased with the price he quoted as it seemed like an incredible bargain for the work that needed to be done. David even offered to give me a lower price if I pulled up the bricks myself which I was happy to do. David told me he would be out to grade the dirt on Sunday morning and pour the concrete the following day. David showed up when he said he would and it's clear that he takes pride in his work. Aside from his punctuality, the quality of his work was outstanding. You can really tell that he has been doing this for 30+ years. He did everything while I was at work on Monday morning (my wife supervised the job). When I got home I was impressed with the patio and he gave my wife some great tips for maintaining the concrete. We highly recommend Ace concrete and will certainly be calling David back when it's time to widen our driveway!"

"They had a drill malfunction and the supervisor, Craig Adams, expected me to clean up hundreds of grease spots off my porches and walls. He would not schedule a clean-up team to come back and clean the mess rather the technicians spent a few hours scrubbing the spots. However, they did not come up. The porches look considerably worse. Since that time, they have returned and made an effort to clean up the concrete. The front porch has now been completed, and they are returning tomorrow to work on the back porch."

"I worked with Frank and Jill Owings to schedule and complete this project. Unfortunately, due to poor planning and follow through on my part, the full vision of this project has not come to fruition. My HOA has not been responsive in approving the work to be done and I haven't been adamant with pushing the project for a decision. Frank completed the first half of this project as planned. The damaged concrete was replaced and has a professional appearance. I have moved on to remodeling my kitchen, but I will circle back with Frank at a later date if I ever hear from my HOA architectural committee. I appreciate his flexibility."
