"Very polite young man that knew what he was doing. The only negative is $150.00 seemed a little high for about 30 minutes of analyzing the problem. We had to get the gas Company to come out to turn off our gas before anymore work could be done. Then we had to hire a "specialist" that had the right kind of tools (to the tune of $175.00) for 20/30 minutes to cap off the existing gas line as it was done incorrectly to begin with."

He was very neat by covering the area around the fireplace, worked efficiently to determine the problem and after careful work determined that a part needed to be replaced. Mr. Sinclair was as thorough as he could be considering it was an old gas fireplace! He let me know a week later that he was contacting all the distributors who may know the part number and after thoroughly working on trying to find the part, eventually found that the company, after contacting the company we purchased the fireplace from and made our fireplace had gone out of business 12 years earlier and no part could be found.
