Then we had to hire a "specialist" that had the right kind of tools (to the tune of $175.00) for 20/30 minutes to cap off the existing gas line as it was done incorrectly to begin with."

Mr. Sinclair contacted me throughout his search keeping me apprised of his progress along the way.
