Great Service

Black Dog Mechanical is always professional, thorough, and very very accomodating whenever I need their services. The definite go-to for residential HVAC needs in my opinion.

Black Dog recently installed a mini system and a whole house propane system. The work was completed in a very professional manner and on time. Throughout the process they were extremely helpful in providing information so I could make good decisions. Will definitely use them again.

It went great! These guys and gals are professionals. These are the kinds of businesses we need to support. I had excellent communication with the company from the time I first sent them an inquiry until the job was completed. They were very consistent in keeping me posted as things developed, honest, and that made them very easy to work with. They were able to tap my existing gas line to my backup generator, run three lines into my home, and do it all in a very professional and efficient manner at a cost I could easily justify. Great people all around. AmeriGas had previously jerked me around for 4 months to do the tap and install (I couldn't even get a quote from them in that time period) and I eventually told them "forget it" and put the project on the back-burner. Their loss is BDM's gain. Black Dog Mechanical, you are a breath of fresh air. Thanks again, and I'll be contacting you in the future I'm sure for other projects!

The whole system was replaced. They also straightened up some things from the original system.(kinked refrigerant line and none operational condensate drain) The cost of the job was quite reasonable. Steve and Josh were very professional and courteous. The job was completed in a timely manner. I would gladly recommend them. This is an example of how a job should be done.

Look no further, no really stop here! Steve is amazing! He did the HVAC for our new build cabin as well as the gas. Then we bought a run down restaurant and he has been unbelievable, always prompt cares about his customers never overcharged us even had come on the weekends. We could not have asked for better service all around. We are having him do our HVAC on another new build, fix our own house and our little motel.

Quick to reply and professional in both written and verbal communications. Install was a breeze. They left the area clean and neat, and double checked the system. I would definitely recommend Black Dog Mechanical!

Steve with Black Dog Mechanical was just great: prompt, friendly, professional, straightforward and fast (and he loves dogs). He diagnosed and fixed the problem all within 20 minutes. After having been without air conditioning for a few days (in the sweltering heat) and calling around to many other service providers in the local area (all of whom couldn't come for nearly a week), Steve came out right away. I couldn't be more delighted with his service and would not hesitate to call on him again or recommend him to anyone. This is how it should be done!

It went great. He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, explained everything he did and why in his opinion replacing parts wasn't necessary.
