I contacted "Shamrock Chimney" and scheduled an appointment with their lead technician "Tony". He suggested a less costly and safer alternative (steel liner and a resealing of the outer brickwork. The work was performed over a two-day period. I am fully satisfied with the results. One thing I really apricate is the communication during the project. The "front office" would let me know by either phone or email when the project would start, and then Tony and would give me updates. All and all the whole process went smoothly. Hunter has the demeanor of a much older and seasoned person and his work is reflected in his demeanor. He inspected our two fireplaces and then cleaned out both. He was meticulous in laying out protective floor coverings. Both chimneys were cleaned and furniture repositioned afterwards. There was absolutely no spillage onto the floors and it was done in record time for a reasonable price. As he was collecting his gear he mentioned he also cleaned Dryer vents.
