They hit on all cylinders: flawless work, excellent customer service, punctual, didn't leave any mess, and came in beautifully under-budget. It was also immediately clear to me that Travis and his team were genuinely good people. Of course, anyone can put on an appearance in a conversation with a customer, but how they interacted with each other throughout the two days they worked on our chimney made it abundantly clear that they truly respected one another and knew how to work together like a well-oiled machine. That's when good work gets done; that's when quality is consistent. I contacted "Shamrock Chimney" and scheduled an appointment with their lead technician "Tony". He suggested a less costly and safer alternative (steel liner and a resealing of the outer brickwork. The work was performed over a two-day period. I am fully satisfied with the results. One thing I really apricate is the communication during the project. The "front office" would let me know by either phone or email when the project would start, and then Tony and would give me updates. All and all the whole process went smoothly. Hunter has the demeanor of a much older and seasoned person and his work is reflected in his demeanor. He inspected our two fireplaces and then cleaned out both. He was meticulous in laying out protective floor coverings. Both chimneys were cleaned and furniture repositioned afterwards.
