Came out, looked at the prospects and size of the job to be done, issued a quote, and started work the next day, after a firm estimate. Repair was satisfactory and completed within the day, cleaned up and shared any information with me that I asked about. And gave a one-year warranty on his work.

Iâ m very impressed with their knowledge, courtesy and efficiency. Joe figured out the cause of the leak and offered to repair it immediately, instead of wasting time on estimates and needless paperwork. He assured me the problem was solved and even gave me a one year warranty. We wonâ t find out if the repair worked until the next downpour but Iâ m very hopeful.

I have already reviewed this company. I am giving them an additional five stars because I had an issue, and Joe came to my home in a very timely manner, and corrected the problem. Once again, he was wonderful to work with. I am very pleased with the way Suncoast Roofers employees, Joe and Leonard, have treated me.

Joe and Leonard were wonderful to work with and were very efficient. Of course, until the next downpour, I will not know if the leak is completely repaired. I hope it is. Certainly, they did quite a bit of work on the area that was leaking. And, Joe has promised to come back and do further work over the next year if the roof leaks in that area again. I love how knowledgeable and friendly they both were.

Joe & Lenord did a wonderful job repairing my roof and rebuilding the soffit over my front door. I couldn't be more pleased with their finish product.

SunCoast Roofers...After contacting them to setup an appointment to show them the work that was to be done..they responded quicky They came to my home..looked at what needed to be done..sat with us and determined the what..hows to fix the problem..They gave us detailes of how the process would go and the materials that would be used..and how long the job would take. When we decided to go forth..a start date and time was set...they came on time as scheduled..did the job..explained the warranty.. ...They did a great job.. They went above and beyond for base price., as other particular help was included... They were right on time, and finished quickly, including cleaning up afterward... I would recommend them.

The service provided was to inspect the roof on my mobile home. Some minor damage (missing asphalt shingle tabs) was found. Roof vent flashing and screws and damaged shingles were sealed.

Joe was very knowledgeable and helped us get a roof age certification for a roof that was unpermitted.

Very efficient and friendly

Suncoast gave us a free estimate. They were able to schedule roof repairs right away. The workers explained everything and answered all our questions. They took pictures to show the problems, and then again to show the repairs. The work was done quickly and professionally, and then cleaned up nicely. They repaired a leak, replaced a rusted vent, removed no-longer-used passive solar panels, and put in a barrier to prevent rainwater from running off the roof directly into our air conditioner. Since then we have had heavy rain and winds, with no problems.

Great experience. Had some staining in my ceiling. Suncoast roofers arrived on time, quickly diagnosed that my electrical pole on my roof was causing the leak. Well they fixed my electrical pole they also found some other issues that they fixed no extra charge. I would definitely use Suncoast roofers again.
