They came out and gave an estimate and had samples of wood to choose from and gave options for the installation on the edges, etc. They show up when they are scheduled to for all appointments and they explain what they are going to do and how to care for the counters after installation. "He is willing to take on any project and then some. My honest feeling is that his enthusiasm somewhat outpaces his expertise and experience. He is a diligent worker and stays with the project. His painting went well though speed seems to trump care and preparation (He painted over some unsanded spackle repairs). My main problem was that instead of the two painters that were advertised, it was him and what I believe was his girlfriend who was inexperienced and sometimes just watched him paint. It should have been advertised as one painter and a helper. The price though was very reasonable and the finished product was adequate. He is likable and I believe honest and trustworthy. I would use him again especially if it was a project that just needed to be knocked out."

The vanity had to go too so he picked that up and installed it for me as well. Great communication, very professional job done and it looks great!
