I always appreciate when service providers give a courtesy call. Doug arrived and quickly saw the issue with the S trap which was not installed correctly to begin with. He replaced the trap and cleaned out the drain since it was draining slow. That drain has not drained that well since I bought the house. He did an excellent job on the repair and was very friendly. I will consider him for all future plumbing projects."
