"This was our first Aqua Clear System ! The installation was done by Brian Christian & Dustin !! Both men were very professional and explained everything they were doing thoroughly ! (sometimes a couple of times) They was always asking if we had any questions !! Dustin asked me were I wanted the faucet -on the sink- to make sure I was pleased with the placement . Brian did a Great job placing & taking care to fit everything in a compact area -so I have still room in my panty closet . Our friends Bill & Toni Ertel ( also on Chilly Spring Road) recommended this company to us . We will also be recommending your very professional company to our friends. Thank you . "I had a sink leak that was getting pretty bad. I called Pinkston Plumbing to set up a time to come out and fix it. Dogu Pinkston called me before our appointment to let me know he was on his way. I always appreciate when service providers give a courtesy call. Doug arrived and quickly saw the issue with the S trap which was not installed correctly to begin with. He replaced the trap and cleaned out the drain since it was draining slow. That drain has not drained that well since I bought the house. He did an excellent job on the repair and was very friendly. I will consider him for all future plumbing projects."

"I do not hesitate to recommend Greg Ferguson for remodeling projects. The first thing I like about Greg is that he answers all phone calls or texts and shows up when he says he will. He was willing to change plans and try new techniques from what had been planned when problems came to light resulting from previous original building faults. Because it was such a large project in which the cost of many of the items could not be estimated in advance, his cost was for labor only. The project was finished within the time expected. During this project Greg was cognizant of costs, making suggestions that resulted in lower costs. His workers were always on time and I had no concern about them being in my house in terms of security. All were most courteous during this project and were a pleasure to work with. When other contractors whom I had contracted with before he agreed to do the work showed up to install countertops, sand floors, etc., Greg and his workers worked around their schedules and he was very supportive in making sure that their participation in our project was accommodated. In short, Greg is easy to work with and has a very high standard of craftsmanship. We have already asked Greg put us on his schedule to do some work on the outside of house!"
