"We’ve had 2 landscape contracts performed by Frederick Landscaping Inc. The first included paver installation for 2 pads and walkways to them, 15 Sabal Palms, electrical to both pads, 2 lamp posts on each pad, assembly of a gazebo over the jacuzzi, wiring for the jacuzzi, up lights on all of the palms, rerouting existing sprinkler system, etc. The work was done very well and professionally at a fair price (beat out 2 other landscape companies). Justin quickly addressed a couple of issues with the installation and we were very satisfied with the end result. We awarded the second bid to them without competing bids based on how well they did on the first contract."

After holding our deposit for over two months the manager said-- "We cannot do anything more to compensate you." Apparently, it is being overnighted this evening. Sadly, my advice is to proceed with caution. I give 2-stars because they apparently still have the money to refund me, it could have been worse I suppose."

While gravel doesn’t offer the same durability or finished look as concrete or asphalt, its low cost makes it ideal for budget-conscious homeowners who want a functional solution without overspending.

If your new pavers look dull, it’s usually because of efflorescence. It is a chalky, white powder that is released when lime gets wet. If you have the patience, simply wait a year or so out. Efflorescence will be washed away naturally by rain. You can also use a pressure washer to restore faded pavers covered by efflorescence.

Outdoor kitchens get wet and are sometimes next to pools. To avoid accidents, go with a non-slip material like concrete, brick, or rubber.
