"I wanted to install a patio around my existing screened in porch using pavers. Alex responded very quickly to the project request and was able to come to the house within a day or so to review what I wanted and to provide a quote. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in a clear/concise manner as well as making a couple of suggestions for a more cohesive look. Once scheduled, Alex and team showed up on time, worked throughout each day with only a lunch break, and completed the job within 2 days. The finished patio/rock area is well done and beautiful. I’m Christian. I have been working in all or some fields that u have read for 35 years. Born into a family of Masons. I’m a third generation mason in my family. I specialize in hardscapes and landscaping but not limited to any type of masonry work. I have a window screen repair company currently. Moves into the area little less than a year ago. The most common causes of sunken pavers are poor base preparation and insufficient compaction. The problem could also be how your pavers were installed. If the soil beneath your patio or walkway wasn't compacted, it will pull pavers down as it settles. Additionally, using bare soil instead of making a paver bed with compacted gravel and sand can cause sinking over time.
