"Insulation contractor knocked a sheet of sheet rock off of my new stud wall that I had to fix. Also, contractor mistakenly did not fill several stud cavities of another wall. I called Hutch and explained situation. He had his guys back to my house 2 days later to blow in more insulation (I had to fix sheet rock myself.) Be careful that you have EVERYTHING cleaned up in areas that insulation will be installed. My experience is that installers will leave a mess."

He was able to suggest a number of local suppliers to visit to get ideas and once we selected our choices he priced everything out and advised us on items that we could look at to adjust the final price without sacrificing quality or the design. Chester was accurate with his estimate vs final price & schedule; he also freely advised me on many things around the house that he was not working on.
