We paid a deposit for them to remove and replace the insulation in our home we were trying to sell. John, whom we spoke with never actually looked in the crawlspace but rather just measured the home. Then he said the job was done but it was not even started. We believed him and a potential buyer had the home inspected only to find the insulation had not been replaced. I have had to text him each and everyday to try and get him to do the job and finally I just asked for my deposit back. He says they will refund my money but so far they have not. I would never use him as he doesn't actually do the work and just blamed all of this on whomever it is they contract the work out to. I should have never paid a deposit or trusted this company. Don't get burned like I did!
