They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. "Keith Murphy was a pleasure to work with.  He was not a pushy salesman; instead he took the time to explain the GutterDome product to me and brought physical samples of his competitors to let me see and feel the difference in quality.  I decided that the GutterDome was the best product I saw, and Keith gave me a very competitive price.
On the day of the install, I was not present, and an area of gutters (about 15 feet) was missed due to the fact that they were sandwiched in between two sides of the brick house.  I called Keith to notify him that a section of the gutters were missed, and within a few days, they came back to make it right.  The section of gutters that was missed was a weird and abnormal situation. But Keith worked with his installer, Will, and made the GutterDome product fit the dimensions and abnormal situation at no extra charge even though Keith missed this segment of gutters in his initial estimate.
