Charged me for architectural shingles even though I did not want them. Also did not address a major sag in my roof so had to hire someone else. Plenty of other roofers out there, go elsewhere.

It took 3-4 days to finish my roof where as it was supposed to take 2. Then there were several areas where the work was not finished and they had to come back out. ( they forgot to remove attic fan as agreed upon before work started, also some trim replacement and wood rot was not fully replaced as agreed upon.)

I don't know if we were dealing with weather, which is a strong possibility as this work was done in July of last year, there could have been storms that came in and we had to pull off, extreme heat, etc. As always, we try our best to make our customers happy, but we are not perfect! It went fine. Except I had to call them to get the report. When I called them it was fine. They did a fine job though. They really came here quickly and where very nice. My only complaint was that I wish that they would tell me that they were leaving when they were finished.

Awesome! They came back out after a wind storm to repair some shingles near the work completed on a separate job. Although they were separate from original work, Matthews roofing completed the repairs without charging additional expense. Absolutely first class team! I would highly recommend this company.

There was some communication problems about the estimate date and the installation date, but not a major problem. Work was done quickly and professionally by the owner. I have no complaints and would recommend Matthews Roofing.

The roof and gutters (which were done after the siding job was completed) were done swiftly and efficiently, allowing for weather delays and a holiday weekend. The small siding crew worked slowly but carefully, and although the whole job took a while (about two and a half weeks from start to finish), the house looks fantastic--almost like new--and is better insulated than before. The whole job was completed at the estimated price, no surprises for me. Minor damage to plants, everything cleaned up at the end of each day and at the end of the whole job. Overall a good experience. I would recommend Matthews Roofing.

They arrived on time. The crew was friendly and knowledgable and performed the work quickly and efficiently. Gary Matthews showed up shortly after they started and spent time answering my questions and supervising the work. They even fixed a vinyl siding problem with no additional cost. It looks like we will need to replace our existing roof in the near future and we will definitely use this company.

We started getting roofing estimates in April 2013 and got quotes from several companies. Gary Mathews personally came out and talked with us and explained what needed to be done and wrote up the estimate personally. We procrastinated and did not have the work done until April 2014 - one year later. We called Gary back and he was just as courteous as before and honored his original quote from the year before. His crew is just as great and there was literally no mess. They kept the job site cleaned up. I was very satisfied with their work. Gary is very laid back and not pushy like other companies - two thumbs up!
