Jason was the nicest person to deal with during a stressful time when the wind and rain was coming into our ceiling! Kason did a drone inspection of my roof and showed me the hail and other damages to my roof. He met with my insurance adjuster and worked with them to get my roof and gutters replaced. Kason showed me all the shingle samples available for my new roof and explained to me in detail about each brand and what he recommended for my new roof. He even brought us full size shingles prior to the install to make sure we would be happy with the color so we didn't just have to go by the standard chart samples. Kason and his team showed up when they said they would. They completed the entire roofing job in one day. Kason's team worked very efficiently together. They were quiet, no yelling or radio playing. They were very polite and respectful when speaking with me. Kason was on site most of the day and kept me fully informed of what was going on. The cleanup was fantastic. Kason then sent his gutter team to replace my gutters. Again his team was experienced, respectful and worked quietly completing the job in two hours. I have dealt with many roofing companies over the years and Kason's Roofology of The Carolinas is by far the best experience I have had with a roofer. Kason has excellent communication skills and he is very knowledgeable. He performed a free drone inspection and did a same day repair. He repair cracked pipe boots that were discovered during the quick drone inspection. His pricing for the repair was more than reasonable and he was prompt with our scheduled meeting. I highly recommend his services to anyone.
