Serge even came out late to tarp the roof until it could get repaired so that I didnâ t have any further damage to the house waiting for the roof. They were very nice to work with. Great people. "Why did I hire Reno Ready? First of all James (Owner) was the only person that showed up with a true and honest quote for my Bathroom Renovations. "Young Man did not have tool knowledge or quality mind set to build or repair Deck. Floor joints not butted together on floor joist. Miter joints did not match. Cut with a saws all ( not a miter saw ) step stringers screw to old steps stringers. A lot of areas not square or plumb. Deck post mounted with wood screws ( not bolts ). I am going to have to do and pay for some one to replace and repair job. Young man was very pleasant and showed up and worked. Material knowledge and quality not satisfactory for building Decks."
