In the aftermath of Helene, we feared it would be quite a while before our roof got repaired, but met with Carol and Mitch, who assured us they had several great teams out fixing all kinds of damage. There were some tricky aspects, as we live on a steep slope, and some wood support beams were bent by the tree strike. Cam was our team’s leader and he was great, explained everything they were doing, and the repair is so good that you can’t tell the roof was ever damaged. "This father-and-son team is awesome. They were timely, communicative, and very fair. They started when they said they would, got the job done efficiently, and kept in touch with us about changes and innovations as the project went along.
