Take builder grade to custom with PACO Design STUDIO. Juan and Francisco transformed our builder grade kitchen backsplash to custom in TWO DAYS‼️ I’ve done A LOT of renovations, in my day, and I don’t recall a crew that is so tidy, efficient and complete CRAFTSMEN!

The tile work was exceptional, workers were professional and had good suggestions and recommendations specific to our project. The design studio and customer service are the cause of only 1 star due to our 6 weeks reno project taking 9 frustrating months. Multiple cabinets were mis-measured and we were told for months they were re-ordered or in transit only to find out they had never been re-ordered and other items like sink, countertop, exhaust fan, cabinet handles, etc had never been ordered at all. Calls, voice messages, and texts are not returned for days or weeks if at all. The owner personally apologized and said he would make it right however it took 4 additional months. He did not return calls to us or our contractor in a timely manner. No offer of any compensation on the bill was offered either. We were advised the employee making the errors was no longer with the company however she still works there. Their office is always locked so you cannot speak to anyone face to face.

Paco arrived on time to take measurements for the job. He and his team were always on time, when he said "I'll email the estimate", it arrived exactly when he said it would.. In the estimate, he included moving of appliances and furniture. His team were so nice and very careful when moving my belongings. The morning of the start of the job, we found a water leak behind the stove, after a quick phone call, the problem was solve and the price for the job adjusted. I have used Angie's list for years but this is the first time I have gotten anyone to work for me. In the future I will only use Paco and his team for all my flooring and tile work. Lowes had given me an estimate using only their tile, when they got around to schedu ling the job, Paco's team had already finished the job.

My remodel went extremely well and I would highly recommend Paco! Paco had helped previously with remodeling my bathroom, putting in a porcelain tile floor and a shower stall. I consider them artists with tile! This time, I remodeled my kitchen, so Paco installed my floors and backsplash. A picture is worth a thousand words(see attached). It is beautiful --thanks to Gabino and Juan!! Once the job is planned, they are prompt and professional and they clean up nicely! They answered all my questions and addressed any concerns I had. Regarding putting in the two floors- because this is a 60's home, I was very concerned about the transition being flush and it turned out perfect. I had new oak flooring placed with an English Chestnut stain; the first coat was a concern and they assured me it would be corrected and it was right away! It turned out beautiful. I really like that they stay until the job is finished! Paco and the team care about their products and service and it shows! I would hire again.

Paco's store carried the type and style of tile I wanted (which I had not been able to find anywhere else locally). Paco came to do the estimate himself and suggested the best way to lay out the tile both aesthetically and practically. He was able to schedule the work within two weeks. The installing crew, Rigo and Mode, worked with skill and great attention to detail (including clean up!) Thanks, guys! I highly recommend.

The office staff is fantastic, quick response and professional and call each day after job is finished. They workers were very professional, on time and the job looks fantastic. The only issue was grout which i provided when installed was two different colors they did return and fix, but they then tried to charge me for. In the end happy with quality of job.

The work was great. Did beautiful work. However, it took several months to complete what they said would take 2-3 weeks. They would call and say they were coming on a certain day and then not show up. Then when they finished one part and were to return to do something else, they wouldn't show up. If you don't mind waiting forever to get the work done, they do great work. But their follow-up is terrible.

We did 2 jobs for Mr. [Member Name Removed], First job he converted a tub surround/shower -Our job could be done in a week but Mr. [Member Name Removed] just wanted to tear up the tub and save the walls because he told us he had tile that could cover the area where we were removing the tub, We offered to redo the whole shower but he declined to our offer. We decided to do what he told us. Unfortunaly, the plan didn't work the way planned. We ended up removing more tile than what he told us because the tile was really bonded on the walls and plus he decided he wanted to move the shower valve to another place for easier to reach using an sliding door, after removing more tile he offered to redo the whole shower because we knew he wasn't going to have enough tile anymore but he declined to to our offer again. He wanted us to match the tile he had there and just patch the walls with a different tile. We searched for 3 days to match his tile closer and took 2 weeks to get the tile on our hands. after we got the tile took us 3 more days to finish the job. We took 5 working days to complete the job. I think we did what we could to get the job done as quicker we could. The bathroom looks so nice because we took our time to match the tile. After finishing the tile on the tub/shower convert - we were going to do the shower floor repair in the master but our schedule with his job was changed a lot and we had other jobs to take care of it and we decided to wait 3 weeks before we could start the other bathroom because we wanted to do the other bathroom quick because they were using the bathroom everyday. he had an issue with shower floor and I told him he had a leak. On this job we were going just to replace the shower floor and part of the wall - We had enough materials for this one but the problem with this one was he had a rotten subfloor and part of the joists and took us 1 extra day to repair the shower area. Lead time for this shower floor repair was 4 days. We love to get things right, quick and nice and sometimes you just can't do it fast enough depending on the circumstances. Love to hear you are happy with the results and I apologize for taking longer to repair your showers. Thank you for your business! This is the second time I've used them, and this was not as good of an experience as the last time. They've been here for the last month and a half. This is still ongoing. Put it this way, they're very good with tile, and they should just stay with tile. Because he has guys working with him doing carpentry work and they're not very good at that, so he should just stick with tile, that's all I'm going to say. Right now it's $7,400 and there's probably going to be more. Very good with tile, very good job. He could have hired a better carpenter.

Everything went great- as we completed one phase, it was obvious we needed to keep going. After having the kitchen floor retiled, we added the kitchen cabinet repainting and the room repainting- also removed two columns and had some drywall repair done. The crew was able to meet our needs and complete all the various parts of the project. The kitchen looks great!! Also got most of the house interior painted--Going to do the master bath next---
