"Hello Mr. [Member Name Removed], Thank you for your review!! Always good to know on what we need to improve and serve better to future clients. We did 2 jobs for Mr. [Member Name Removed], First job he converted a tub surround/shower -Our job could be done in a week but Mr. [Member Name Removed] just wanted to tear up the tub and save the walls because he told us he had tile that could cover the area where we were removing the tub, We offered to redo the whole shower but he declined to our offer. We decided to do what he told us. Unfortunaly, the plan didn't work the way planned. We ended up removing more tile than what he told us because the tile was really bonded on the walls and plus he decided he wanted to move the shower valve to another place for easier to reach using an sliding door, after removing more tile he offered to redo the whole shower because we knew he wasn't going to have enough tile anymore but he declined to to our offer again. He wanted us to match the tile he had there and just patch the walls with a different tile. We searched for 3 days to match his tile closer and took 2 weeks to get the tile on our hands. after we got the tile took us 3 more days to finish the job. We took 5 working days to complete the job. I think we did what we could to get the job done as quicker we could. The bathroom looks so nice because we took our time to match the tile. After finishing the tile on the tub/shower convert - we were going to do the shower floor repair in the master but our schedule with his job was changed a lot and we had other jobs to take care of it and we decided to wait 3 weeks before we could start the other bathroom because we wanted to do the other bathroom quick because they were using the bathroom everyday. he had an issue with shower floor and I told him he had a leak. On this job we were going just to replace the shower floor and part of the wall - We had enough materials for this one but the problem with this one was he had a rotten subfloor and part of the joists and took us 1 extra day to repair the shower area. Lead time for this shower floor repair was 4 days. We love to get things right, quick and nice and sometimes you just can't do it fast enough depending on the circumstances. Love to hear you are happy with the results and I apologize for taking longer to repair your showers. Thank you for your business!
