They started when they said they would, got the job done efficiently, and kept in touch with us about changes and innovations as the project went along. They were also totally honest with us about renovation ideas we had that would not have worked due to the condition and logistics of our home, which is 60 years old and sits on a steep hill. The E&A crew worked hard and left a spotless work space. The drywall in the office is as smooth as it can be -- you would never know this room was once part of an unfinished basement. Demo, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting and tile work all done by just the two of them. It was amazing to watch them work. The speed, quality and detail of their work was superb. In the aftermath of Helene, we feared it would be quite a while before our roof got repaired, but met with Carol and Mitch, who assured us they had several great teams out fixing all kinds of damage. There were some tricky aspects, as we live on a steep slope, and some wood support beams were bent by the tree strike. Cam was our team’s leader and he was great, explained everything they were doing, and the repair is so good that you can’t tell the roof was ever damaged. Great communication from the start, coordinated with our insurance, did fantastic work, and easy billing. Five 🤩"

"The Moore brothers were great. They satisfied my Home Owners' Association with a detailed proposal within an hour of inspecting the job. They itemized and described the work, which included cleaning off the mold, replacing insulation, repairing joists, encapsulating the crawlspace, and creating a French Drain on the exterior of my unit to redirect the rain. They also set up my dehumidifier in the space with a wireless meter I can read from inside . Their price was in line and they did everything they promised in good order, good humor, and respect. Three other companies bid and were not even close... in promptness, plan, OR price. I highly recommend Jon and Danny Moore."

"Eric, through his receptionist, advised that since it was a fairly small job, an hourly rate of $135.00 for first hour and $35.00 per hour after that was agreed to. However, I did not realize that instead of working full days to complete the project, it took 4 days ( 3 hours one day, 4 hours another, etc) to complete. Therefore they charged $135.00 for the first hour each day for 4 days. If the guys had worked longer each day it would have been completed in less days; therefore less cost to me. Eric's office was contacted but Eric advised the pricing was correct."
