"The estimater responded to my enquiry quickly and scheduled the site review and estimate promptly. The estimate was provided very quickly and was highly competitive. Setting up the contract and down payment was smooth and efficient and the project was scheduled. Unfortunately, it rained a lot which complicated schedule, project work and inspections. However, weather, timing and execution finally aligned and the project was completed very satisfactory. Copies of completed slab and footers attached. Also the slab is perfectly level (pictures) as shown. So are the shed footers and foundation."

In the aftermath of Helene, we feared it would be quite a while before our roof got repaired, but met with Carol and Mitch, who assured us they had several great teams out fixing all kinds of damage. There were some tricky aspects, as we live on a steep slope, and some wood support beams were bent by the tree strike. Cam was our team’s leader and he was great, explained everything they were doing, and the repair is so good that you can’t tell the roof was ever damaged. Great communication from the start, coordinated with our insurance, did fantastic work, and easy billing. Five 🤩"

"The Moore brothers were great. They satisfied my Home Owners' Association with a detailed proposal within an hour of inspecting the job. They itemized and described the work, which included cleaning off the mold, replacing insulation, repairing joists, encapsulating the crawlspace, and creating a French Drain on the exterior of my unit to redirect the rain. They also set up my dehumidifier in the space with a wireless meter I can read from inside . Their price was in line and they did everything they promised in good order, good humor, and respect. "Eric, through his receptionist, advised that since it was a fairly small job, an hourly rate of $135.00 for first hour and $35.00 per hour after that was agreed to. However, I did not realize that instead of working full days to complete the project, it took 4 days ( 3 hours one day, 4 hours another, etc) to complete. Therefore they charged $135.00 for the first hour each day for 4 days. If the guys had worked longer each day it would have been completed in less days; therefore less cost to me. Eric's office was contacted but Eric advised the pricing was correct."
