"Nick was great. Cleaned the chimney and evaluated the situation. He came back to replace the cap once our custom piece was finished and did a wonderful job. No more water leaks and it looks beautiful! Price was very reasonable for what we had done."

We were impressed with H2H at every stage of the project and thrilled with the results. They nailed every measure of success. They listened to what we wanted and clearly reflected our priorities and constraints in their proposal, detailed design and estimate. They exemplified professionalism, attention to detail, quality of work, clear communication and delivered on schedule and on budget. The few changes were mostly due to our requests. Any variations from the original plan/estimate were transparently discussed, approved by us, and tracked, so there were no surprises in the final invoice. We did our homework.
