Description of Work: Going Green Builders has done many big and small jobs for me over the past 8 years and all of them were outstanding. If they weren't, I wouild never have used them for the last 8 years and will continue to use them in the future. Recently I had a termite report and needed a structural report letter. Going Green pr4ovided me with the info in 2 days and didn't even charge me a penny! The GC/Owner Ryan Jacques is excellent. Some of his family members work for him also, and all of them are the same....polite, courteous, clean, don't smoke, explain things clearly and are very professional. They can build a house from the ground up or just remodel an existing home or even do smaller jobs like install dual pane windows, interior doors, tile, hardwood, etc. I am very pleased and would recommend them above all others. The pricing is fair and the estimate is FREE.

Description of Work: Ryan and Going Green Builders SAVED THE DAY!!!! Our house is a modular which, I'm unhappy to say, was NOT built well. There were several long term leaks and the sliding glass was not installed correctly. The problem was all of these issues were hidden from view...so the leaks became rot and mold. We had a plumber fix the leaks and then began looking for someone to repair the rotten floors and walls. My husband was petrified that this was going cost an arm and a leg but it had to be fixed. Since these problems were in the Kitchen and bathroom, we decided to get an estimate to remodel both since we'd be tearing up portion of the tile floor anyway. This is where Ryan and Going Green Builders entered. I am an avid HGTV watcher and have seen enough remodel/repair shows to know when I'm being treated fairly and when someone's trying to pull the wool over my eyes. I had some other companies give me estimates...and try to convince me that I had to replace doors, gutters, etc. When Ryan came to give his estimate, I knew he was the one! When I described something I wanted done or thought might be a problem, HE LISTENED! He heard that I wanted to do something different with my shower and worked WITH my ideas. Every step of the way he would tell us what the options would cost and if there were any alternatives that could save us money. When they removed the sliding glass door, he explained that it wasn't in good shape or a good quality door but said we could put the old one back just fine if that's what we wanted to do. Another company added an interior door to their estimate to replace without even discussing with me. Ryan asked me what I wanted to do...the frame was damaged but the door was perfectly fine so we kept it and saved money to spend on something else like new faucets. Additionally, Ryan let me know that he had a plumber and would have charged less than what I paid to repair the leaks...if I'd only known beforehand! From now on, I'm calling Ryan if I have any home repair issues. he'll tell me what my options are so I can make an informed, economical decision.
