This company saved our ass. We bought a house on the same week that we got record cold temperatures and the owner had left the settings of the pump to only run for 3 hours at a time. I didn't want the pipes to freeze, but couldn't connect the app on my phone to the pump interface. On a Tuesday night at 4:40 pm, I desperately called this company and they drove all the way down from Hampstead to south Wilmington, and solved the issue in about 30 minutes!! In the sleet!! Thank you so much!!

I canâ t say enough nice things about MJ Pools. Everyone there is just sooo nice and happy to answer any questions. They made changes on the fly when I didnâ t like something (which was my fault in the first place). Their whole team is fabulous. They got the job done so quick, were great at providing recommendations that made sense and looked great. I strongly recommend them for any pool. They also provide routine servicing of my pool and are so helpful in explaining all the details. I just couldnâ t be happier. If you are considering a pool, do it and hire MJ Pools!!!!

I do not have previous experience with a pool service, but I dont need to try any other company after using MJ Pools. They are reliable, knowledgeable, and very responsive. We do not live near our vacation rental home that has the pool, so I do rely on them to keep the pool clean and maintained. When the pool pump died, they made it a priority to replace the pump the same day. I am very happy with the service!
