Christopher and his son Kevin built and tiled 2 indoor showers and built one large outdoor shower for us. They tiled the kitchen back splash and installed all of our kitchen cabinets, enclosed our carport into a garage and repaired a leaking roof. All of the workmanship is top notch. They are great communicators and completed all work in a timely manner. I highly recommend Carroll Home Improvements for any and all renovations or new building projects that you need!

I am an out of state home owner in the OBX. I needed to get some repair and remodel work done. Tried to get it done as quickly as possible. The first PRO that I was connected with never even got me an estimate, and after 3 weeks, I decided to try again. I contacted Mr. Carroll, and received a solid estimate within 3 days. Called him and made arrangements to go ahead. 1 week from start to finish. Great workmanship. Fantastic folks to work with. Great communications from start to finish. My daughter is over the moon with the results. I would definitely hire them again for anything involving my home in the OBX area.

Chris and his son went above my expectations. As an out of town owner it was important to me to have someone that I could trust to give access to my home freely while I was not able to be there. Chris was that guy. He remodeled four bathrooms for me, he was trustworthy and most of all did an absolute fantastic job!! I would highly recommend him for any of your home projects.

Very please with the work done on my home, they found some hidden damage we did not know existed, and they made recommendations and we agreed on what was the best plan to correct the damage. I am very please with their work and results. Would hire them again and recommend them to anyone needed home inprovement or repairs.

Moved to the area from out of state and he was able to get to my new home the next day and build a fence for my dogs! A lot off my mind so they could be safe. Did an awesome job!

Not happy

These guys were GREAT!! Showed up everyday, cleaned up every nite! Very qualified workers and would recommend them to anyone looking for experienced, qualified carpenters. We will definitely use Chris and Kevin on any & all future projects.

Chris is a Class act! Requested a in home estimate on Sunday. Knowing that most people wouldn't call me back till Monday (Which I understand) But he called me back within 10 Minutes (On a Sunday Morning) Setup a time for him to come over to give us a quote, He arrived early (Before I got home) So he met with my wife (My wife's dad is a class A Contractor in another state) and they went over all the details of the kitchen backsplash, after going over everything, we Hired him on the spot. (Today is 9-18-16 Sunday) He mortared the tile Friday and is coming back today (On Sunday) to grout and finish up. I will hire him again!!

Installed a very large and heavy wall-decoration on a wall that is in a open stairway with a view from the 2nd level. I thought the logistics were a nightmare. Carroll Home Improvements had no problem. Prompt and fair price. I will use this company again.
