Once the source was found, described the repair and had it done in 20 minutes with a minimum of fuss. Very impressed with the detailed explanation throughout this issue. FYI, this was done via my Home Warranty, so the cost is not indicative of the actual charges."

"Excellent! I was in a bind because my air conditioner went out and I really wanted to at least get a ceiling fan installed so I could survive the heat. Gerald responded immediately, was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was patient with me and my lack of knowledge. He explained things to me as he went along. He did such an excellent job installing the ceiling fan that I had him install a new light fixture as well. I will definitely be having him come back out to install some recessed lights in my kitchen. I can not recommend him more highly! He takes pride in his work and is a man of his word! Hire him. "being a person in the profession, I was amazed at the quality of work given ......lets start at the beginning..i was calling around to find a good a/c company, so I called alpine air to my amazement they sold on their ability in dealing with strangers   the company them set up an in home apt  for me working around my  hours of availability. this gentleman  had his act together , knew his  business from start to finished and explained everything I did not understand so we set up an install date they sent two insatallers out and they was the top of the line. in just a few hours  it was installed .doing  the install process these two men were all about business and knew their jobs .never have I seen the ability as I had seen in these installers. after the  install they really cleaned up the area and  made sure that I was totally happy with my new A/C unit and the quality of work in which was  more than I expected.  personally I am over the top in complete satisfaction  with the job being well done  I would  highly suggest that alpine air is the ones to call if you want the job to be top rated and to my amazement they are well respected in the BBB with no complaints to warrant any thought from the public .being  hind sight  is 20/20 I look back and is overjoyed that I called  Alpine Air and on top of that they worked with me 100% to meet all my needs   as a customer I would use then in the future before I call any one else.........yes sire I,m a happy customer

"The installation of several new doors on my house to help with better insulation went very well. I had already purchased the doors and paint, so the listed cost does not include the material. There was a crew of 3 folks who split up the work between them. Two were handymen and a woman did the painting. Everything was done professionally the doors work very well. Two coats of paint were put on and again it looks very good. The workers were polite and cleaned up the work area nicely. There was a problem when putting in the attic door, but they figured out a solution within a few minutes. The extra work that was required to resolve the problem was small enough that no extra charge occurred because of it.

"I needed all the wooden cabinets, shelves, and workbenches removed from the walls of my basement so that a waterproofing system could be put in. I then needed that to be all reinstalled so that it hung from the joists and did not perforate the plastic waterproofing sheeting that was placed over the walls. This job went fantastically well! Tom got back to me right away, was able to come right away, and really saved my bacon to get me ready for the water-proofing installation right on time. He put in a big day's work putting everything back better than it was before and came up with inventive ways to reinstall everything so that it wouldn't perforate the sheeting. Without him, I wouldn't have even thought it possible to reinstall everything. Tom was really easy to work with, did what he said he would (and better) and did it on time. He's the best!"

"I called lots of places, from here on Angie's List, that had A ratings first before I tried these guys.   Every single one of them had attitude when I called.  Didn't want to answer my questions or send someone out.  Basically - when I called Scott I was a little gun shy.
Scott called me back that day, bright and chipper and professional.  He understood my qualms and questions and instead of greeting my hesitation with attitude and snark, he sat there on the phone with me and answered every single question I had.  He took 30 minutes of his day, without ANY promise of work, to inform me and respond with politeness and respect. 
I told him at the end of the conversation that he had the job, whatever job I needed to have done, from the pure fact that he treated me with kindness and respect.  He treated my questions as reasonable (and I had a lot of them, I really like to understand things fully.)
Scott sent out a technician to peruse my Water Heater and give me an estimate.  It all went so smoothly, every single bit of it.  The installation, the inspection, Scott always keeping communication open.  
It was genuinely a perfect experience that you could imagine with a contractor for work on your home.  If only they all could be this good!!

"Dishwasher and ceiling fan service was wonderful. Garbage disposal is on its way, the shower fixture was a little messy and have to return 3 times to fix, pray its the last time. But not Choice Warranty's fault. Alittle pricey but allows you to pay them out."
