From educating us as homeowners about this protected species and about the health risks associated with their guano to following my lead in not discussing the critters in front of my youngest children until they had been relocated - this crew were pros. They explained each step of the process in detail, came when they said they would, were respectful of property and very thorough, Too bad the bats are now fully excluded and relocated, because it would be a pleasure to hire them again! (Turns out there weren’t. ) He checked everything out, took pics, installed vents, removed a HUGE amount of debris, sealed holes . He explained every step of the process, including all of my options, and was personable, yet professional. I couldn’t have asked for a better person. I made a few calls for service before reaching this company and was hung up on, told that it would cost some outlandish amount to just show up, and told that I would get a return call.
