"Jason and assistant were very prompt in time of arrival, and took great care to explain everything relating to the clearing of birds nesting within multiple air vent outlets of our home. Work was completed in a timely manner and appeared to be effective in resolving the problem of the birds that had invaded our air duct outlet vents. Additionally, Jason took extra care in safely extracting a couple of baby birds and after reconstructing their nest, placed that nest in a nearby tree to allow those infant birds a chance of survival success."

"Foster was top notch. He got me scheduled quickly, which was so appreciated because I thought there were baby birds in my attic. (Turns out there weren’t. ) He checked everything out, took pics, installed vents, removed a HUGE amount of debris, sealed holes . He explained every step of the process, including all of my options, and was personable, yet professional. I couldn’t have asked for a better person. I made a few calls for service before reaching this company and was hung up on, told that it would cost some outlandish amount to just show up, and told that I would get a return call. Never happened. I’m so grateful for this young man. Now I can rest knowing there are no birds living in the attic or destroying my home from the outside."

Firstly, their customer service is impeccable. When I called to inquire about their services, I was greeted warmly and all my questions were answered with clarity and patience. The representative took the time to understand my pest issues and recommended a tailored solution that fit my needs perfectly. Secondly, their technicians are true professionals. The technician who came to my home was punctual, friendly, and highly knowledgeable. He thoroughly inspected my property, identified the pest problem accurately, and explained the treatment plan in detail. It was evident that he was experienced and passionate about his work. Thirdly, the effectiveness of their pest control treatments is impressive. After just one treatment, I noticed a significant reduction in pests around my home. The products they use are clearly top-notch and their methods are both safe and environmentally friendly, which was important to me as a homeowner. Additionally, the pricing was fair and transparent. There were no hidden fees or surprises, and they worked with me to find a schedule that fit within my budget and timeline. Lastly, their commitment to customer satisfaction is outstanding. They followed up with me after the treatment to ensure that I was happy with the results and offered additional advice on preventing future pest problems. Overall, I highly recommend Hawx Pest Control to anyone looking for reliable, effective, and professional pest control services. They are simply the best in the business!"
