(Turns out there weren’t. ) He checked everything out, took pics, installed vents, removed a HUGE amount of debris, sealed holes . He explained every step of the process, including all of my options, and was personable, yet professional. I couldn’t have asked for a better person. I made a few calls for service before reaching this company and was hung up on, told that it would cost some outlandish amount to just show up, and told that I would get a return call.
