"I called Justin Ludy, the owner of Palmetto Wildlife Extractors, based on a recommendation from the pest company I have used for many years.  We made an appointment.  During the time they were to be at our house they had an emergency call that required more time and manpower and they were not able to keep our original appointment date.  Justin told his Michael, one of his employees, to make another appointment and correct our problem without charging.  The work was completed very well.  I later called Justin to send him a fee but he refused and made the work a gift since he said they had disrupted my day when the original appointment was not kept.  I certainly appreciated his professinalism and concern for his customers.

He was honest and told me that nothing was needed at the home in the area of Termite work. I started using Bugg Busters after that at all my rentals and at my home. The Bugg Busters team installed a drain system and treated my building for termites. They also put down plastic to control the moisture. My favorite service they offer is the EZ Breathe which is a house ventilation system. No more bad odors from my dogs or from that crawl space. "They did a great job. They solved all the problems I had with the chimney and it’s been working perfectly ever since. They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. It took them a couple of days to do the work. They took care of all the cleanup as well. We've been real happy with them."
