He immediately made arrangements to come out and take care of the problem even on a Saturday afternoon, and within hours of Andy taking care of the pool we had blue water. "I went with them because they were highly rated and significantly cheaper. I’d do it again. A couple of minor missteps because of communications which could be taken care of by a decent outline of expectations. They put the customer in charge of draining and filling pool. I’ve had liner pools for 40 years and replaced at least 4 liners but I worried over what could happen if I drained the pool too early and was told to drain it dry (that doesn’t really happen). I was also told to fill the pool while it had wrinkles I worried but they were right. There were a few things in between that they could have been headed of with a decent outline of expectations. Overall I’m very happy but it was some unnecessary worry on my part. I would be happy to help them develop outline if they’re interested."
