"Kevin, Matt, and Rob were all friendly, professional, left everything clean and orderly and did a neat job. They arrived early for both the quote and the installation. They did not charge a fee to provide the quote. They cut an outlet box into a tile wall, installed a number of other outlets, moved outlets, installed can light, moved several switches and checked out some wiring that had been previously installed. Their price was fair. I would recommend and we have some additional work that we plan to hire them for in a month or so."

"I'm a repeat customer of Evans Electric. Matt and team did all the electrical work 4 years ago when we finished our basement. Fast forward to Nov. 2023, Matt and team did some electrical work for our kitchen reno, plus recessed lights/switches for bathrooms and office. Matt initially came for consultation and estimate (came by on time), provided various options as though it was his house. I always appreciate different perspectives and the conversation that is "if I were you, I would..." or "have you thought about..." This week, Matt and Tim came for the work, and can't say enough about how great the work is, their professionalism, and attention to detail. Looks great! "My electrician was TJ and he did an amazing job. First up was installing a new heavy chandelier in the dining room. He determined the junction box wouldn't hold the weight of the new chandelier and installed one that would. Chandelier install went great. He moved forward to installing electrical two wall sconces in the dining room. Going into this project I was fulling expecting the whole wall to require drywall repair. In the end, I have one small, very neat, hole in the kitchen that will need repair. The chandelier had two single wall switches in the dining room. He placed a dimmer on one switch and on the second he changed it out to two switches. One for the chandelier and one for the two wall sconces. This exceeded my expectations for the room. He wrapped up the day by installing a new bar light fixture of the vanity. TJ is a thoughtful and talented electrician. I'm more than pleased with the work performed and would recommend Fairway Electric."

"It went good. I was searching for a while for someone to do this work for me when I was referred to Mr.Hill. He came through and got the job done in a nice amount of time. He didn't do a rush job and was very professional the whole job. It started off as him just doing me a deck, then I hired him to come back and remodel my bathroom. I love his work ethic and the energy he brings to work. My bathroom itself looks amazing and as well as my deck."

"Out of three estimates, Albert provided the lowest bid.  They say you shouldn't judge on price alone.  But, the reviews on Angie's List were so good, I decided to go with Albert and I'm glad I did.  Albert's crew showed up on the first day promptly at 9am as he said they would.  They pressure washed the house, front stoop & steps and removed some rotted wood on the first day.  The 2nd day, they removed more wood, scraped paint, sanded and started replacing some of the wood.  It took them a total of five full days to finish the job start to finish.  They painted the house, trim, shutters and the door.  They painted the mailbox post and replaced the mailbox with one I purchased.  They painted the back porch post and rails, stained the porch floor and steps and then re-screened the porch. 
They did a fantastic job.  I couldn't be more pleased.  The house looks wonderful.  They cleaned all of the windows once they were done.  I had a film on my front storm door which I removed.  It left an adhesive.  I went to Home Depot to purchase the necessary supplies to clean off the adhesive.  However, after they painted my door I came downstairs (I work at home) and my storm door was spic and span clean.  They had removed all of the adhesive for me.  The crew was very polite and professional.  After the first day, they arrived at 8am each day and left at 5pm.  They put everything away at the end of each day.  When they were done with the job, they cleaned up very nicely.
The one complaint that I had which is minor is that someone smoked (either Albert's crew or family member) and would drop the cigarette butts in my yard.  There weren't many of them.  But, I found that distasteful.   Except for that, I am very pleased with Albert's Painting and would use them again.
Original review was written in March.  This is an update in May:  I called Albert to install some rails near my front stoop steps.  I had to call a few times.  Albert finally came out to take measurements and was going to call me back with a price.  I have yet to hear back from him despite my calling him again.
