"The owner of this company, Sunder Khemlani, called me after I place a search on HomeAdvisor. I don t answer calls from numbers I don t recognize so he left a message. When I finally got time to return his call he was very helpful & professional. He told me he could come in the next few days & that his office would call me to make an appointment, which they did in the next hour or so. The person in the office who called to make our appointment was also very polite, professional & helpful; we made an appointment for 11:00 AM on Wednesday. The company sent a text to confirm the appointment on Tuesday & another reminder on Wednesday morning. Mr. Khemlani called me about 1/2 hour before the appointment to give me his ETA & was on time & ready to work at 11. I m most impressed by this company s promptness which is extremely rare these days. Also, I was very impressed with All Plumbing Services professionalism. I would definitely use them again."

They had been having trouble with their plumbing and were not able to get anyone to come and assist with pumping out the septic tank. They had called several companies and due to the age of the home and subsequent unit, not one would even come out and assess the problem.
