"On December 25th, the toilets, sinks, showers, and washing machine in our home were backing up. We called All Plumbing Services of Triad at 8:00am the next day on 12/26/21 which was still the Christmas holiday weekend. They returned our call immediately and Sunder Khemlani who is the owner came to our home to evaluate the problem and cleared a drain coming out of the house. The next morning Sundar and Dave came out at 11:00 to do a sewer line sectional repair. Roots had grown into the sewer line. The communication and customer service we received was exceptional. "They contacted us from angie's list first so we hired them to clean out our septic tank. Long story short the tank was in bad shape and had to be replaced. We had to put the new tank in a different spot because it needed to be up to code. They quoted us a very good price and my husband specifically asked about possible overages. They said there would be none. The job turned out to be very complicated and they spent more time and used more resources than they expected. They charged us exactly what they said they would. "They were at our house for 2 hours and were very thorough! They did a great job! They made a mess but that was to be expected. They could have cleaned up a little better after themselves. There was ick smeared and smudged in every bathroom and they didn't throw the soaked/stained towels or trash away. The price was a little high but honestly not enough to complain!"
