"My wife and I attended the Home Improvement Show held at the Civic Center in Raleigh with the objective to meet replacement window dealers. To be totally honest, within an hour of arriving at the show we both felt overwhelmed from the exposure to numerous window sales people and how their window was the best. We agreed to an appointment the following week. The appointment with David Logue of Metal Works & Improvements turned-out to be my second appointment of four I had scheduled with window dealers. David arrived a few minutes early for our appointment which demonstrated professionalism and a respect for my time. David's initial approach was to promote his company, his experience and the fact he is a licensed contractor in North Carolina. He took additional time to explain why it would be important for me to select a licensed contractor to perform my work whether it was with his company or not.
