Roy and his team were a pleasure to work with. After purchasing a beach house in Kill Devil Hills we discovered that squirrels were living in the attic which seemed like it was going to severely hurt my renovation budget. Roy and his team went above and beyond what other restoration companies would do. They cleaned, disinfected, reinforced the entry point, and replaced the insulation. They even reconnected duct work and additional repairs while they were up there. Not only did they complete the work within budget and scope but the insight, transparency, and assistance were invaluable. Roy treats his customers like long time friends and is happy to do whatever it takes to get the desired result. So thankful I found 7 sounds restoration. 11/10 stars and will definitely hire again for future projects.

The work done by this company was absolutely amazing. We called. They were there within 20 minutes. They were hooking up machines and getting the damage dried out as fast as possible. This was an insurance claim however their first priority was making sure that the wetness and mildew and mold that had already started to grow in our home after just a few days Was rectified as fast as possible to make it safe for me and my family. The crew was great the work professional, and through our long process of waiting on our claims check which our mortgage company held. They helped us through trying to get those funds released all well still not being paid. Most people would be frustrated, but not these guys. They were helpful understanding ! Now let me add, they finally did get paid after months of fighting . I would never use or recommend anybody else they have customers for life I just hope we never need the services! 😆 lol

Very professional, very thorough great communication and follows up with a report of work done, issues, and photos. Also have used for dry vents in multi unit apartment building.
