"Floor looks beautiful! Reliable installers, who accommodated every request. They showed up before 8 every day and worked hard to get this difficult job done as quickly as possible. We requested a Versailles pattern, and it looks gorgeous! They were even able to repair cracked tiles in 2 other bathrooms without damage to surrounding tiles. They use a system to level each tile with the adjacent tiles. Looks better in real life, because pictures are a little dark. Note that they don't replace the floor trim, touch up paint or re-install toilets. The quarter round part of our trim was difficult to remove without breaking because the seams were caulked. So the quarter round isn't back on yet and the paint hasn't yet been touched up in these pictures. But even with the toilet removal they added toilet water solidifying crystals (ie. Oatey LiquiLock) so water wouldn't spill. Thank you, Michael and team!"

"Moving to the city of Durham, NC from Los Angeles, CA, knowing nobody in this new city and having a very bad experience with the natural slate tile previously installed in my property in Los Angeles, I was very skeptical and cautious when working with any local installers for my request, again for natural slate tile installation for my new single family home construction in Treyburn Forest community of Durham. Julio, Mario and their tile crew at Santi Hardwood Flooring did the excellent tile job for the first floor with Brazilian Montauk blue 24"x24" natural slate tile and two shower rooms of this new construction. Julio and his Santi Hardwood Flooring teams continue to work on the second floor with Hickory solid hardwood planks. With his teams' great success in the natural slate tile installation, I have no doubt about his teams' skill on any solid hardwood installation which I believe, his teams are the experts. "The crew arrived in the middle of the window of time. They demolished the rotted stairway, and built a new one that was far better than the stairway the builder had made, and were done at 4:30 that afternoon. All scrap was removed and everything went well. Great job"

"This is the second major project Ralph has done for us. He did a kitchen and bath remodel in 2019 and were very please with the results of that project. I got four estimates for this project and the Triangle Classic estimate was very competitive. Based on my earlier experience with them, I choose Triangle Classic over the others, even though they were a little higher than a couple of the bids. I trusted that I would get a high quality job done in a timely fashion. Having that confidence during a major project is worth a few thousand dollars. Ralph did not disappoint. He is very actively involved in his contracts and ensures his sub-contractors are doing quality work. The project was completed on time and only about 2% over budget. The over budget items were items that were outside the original contract or beyond the contractor's control. During the project, we made the decision to replace our concrete driveway. Ralph was kind enough to provide his sub to do the work at no profit to his business and he passed along his discount on the concrete. I'm very pleased with how the project turned out and would highly recommend Ralph and Triangle Classic Homes."
