Top steps on landing and deck are not fixed properly. The paint job is sloppy and will have to repaint back deck.

Luis Ortez was wonderful!! He actually came early to do the set of exterior tasks (to take advantage of good weather). He followed all of my instructions to the letter, did all of them quickly (and by himself), and charged a reasonable price. I highly recommend him for any variety of exterior handyman tasks!!

Mr. Ortez was excellent! I needed assistance with removing my satellite dish from our yard. He quoted me an affordable price and got the job done extremely fast! I will definitely keep his number saved in case I have other services needed for our home. I would recommend him to anyone. Very professional and personable.
