"David did substantial work to repair foundation damage that was found during removal of a large tree that fell during the Helene storm. The foundation was bulging/collapsing inwards below grade to the interior of an earthen basement. The project needed more than a canned approach, which several other foundation contractors described that they could do. David explained several options for addressing the failure and stabilizing the foundation over the longer term. I was impressed by his thinking and very satisfied by the work. He was able to do the work in a timely fashion during a period when he was working on quite serious road and foundation repair projects resulting from Helene damage. I would absolutely hire him again."

They ran into some trouble on the lower deck due to poor installation from the prior contractor years ago and immediately called it out for discussion and resolution. "Supervisor and 5 man crew arrived at approx. 8-8:30 AM and immediately began work although it was raining. They off-loaded all equipment to install and tools to accomplish the job.  Supervisor gave a few words of direction and the workers had only a few questions before beginning work...Although 2 days was scheduled to complete the work, with the 5 member crew and 'hands-on' supervisor, they were able to complete all work in one day.  Everything appears to function as contracted and we are pleased with the work accomplished.
