This is the second time I have used Sexton Brothers. I have a quirky 100 year old house and both times, they been willing to take on unusual jobs and came up with creative and effective solutions that fit my budget. Everyone has been so friendly, punctual and hardworking and I love that someone always answers the phone when I call. They ended up having to pour an unplanned new footer but still honored the original estimate. I trust their knowledge, work and integrity and I will call them next time I need anything done on the foundation / crawl space. Thank you so much Sexton Brothers Construction! I’m excited to start using the old root cellar under the house without having to worry that the pit is going to cave in!

Sexton Brothers remedied the floor joist sagging issue in our 75+ year old home after advising us of pros and cons of a couple of options to rectify the situation with a very reasonable and cost effective quote. They corrected the problem efficiently and honored their quote, which is rare to find.
