"My interaction with Jordan Gast (and later with the owner Jim Briley) was first rate. Jordan was very knowledgeable, thorough and helpful in designing a solution. He also allowed me to pester him at several later times with questions and concerns. The work done (with the company owner actually participating in the project) was absolutely first rate. They left the site having created a beautiful addition to the yard that I believe will provide the drainage relief that was needed. The owner actually spent several hours digging under a buried rock to ensure optimal drain pipe placement; it would have been very easy to just run the pipe over the top of the rock but he insisted on getting it right. I believe that Jordan and Jim are both honest and competent in their work. I would not recommend anyone but them for work of this nature. I stated NA on the pricing question because I got no other quotes with which to compare because I was completely satisfied about using this company after our first meeting. We are 100% satisfied with the results."

"It was great. We had demolition on day one - removing old wall paneling and knocking out part of an interior wall. The crew was fast! Second day the first crew started in the morning with removing the concrete around the edges and dropping in the new drain and then sealing the walls. A second crew dropped in in the afternoon to help with the jacks in the crawlspace. These guys worked very hard and fast! Love the look of the new space. "I was very impressed with the finished product. I had this company just pour and finish my 30 x 60 slab. I put dirt in, leveled it and formed it, and put wire in middle and re-bar around the sides. I was worried they didn't have enough help, just 3 people. They worked well together and knew what to do. The surface was very smooth I have never seen concrete finished too smooth. "Overall, it was a good experience. AAA put down a vapor barrier and installed a Santa Fe dehumidifier with sump pump. The result is that we can now use the stand-up basement/crawlspace to store things under the house without ruining them. This is the part that you need to know. The installation was not without problems. First, they broke an A/C drain pipe, second, they cut a sprinkler controller wire while running a PVC pipe. Here's my take, accidents happen but how does the business respond to these issues? Well, Donna was very quick to send her team out to correct the problems and they even paid for the damage to the sprinkler system. To me, that's top notch customer service. Any business can make a mistake, but how they handle it is the mark of a good company. Every time I lift the roll door and go into the basement now, I'm amazed at how cool and fresh the air is down there. No more mildew and no more smell."

Due to other (larger) work obligations, Eddie wasn't able to keep the appointment. However, he sent his son, who was just as professional and personable! The job was completed without any issues.
