This was the second job Todd has done for us and he exceeded our expectations again! For any future projects he is the only one we will consider and we continue to tell our friends about his work. Todd is very detailed oriented, keeps a very clean job site, and is very communicative about the status of the project.

Todd brings to the job a very high expectance of excellence and he delivers it. He is very experienced and he has excellent standards for what makes for an outstanding job and that was he gives you. Were I to need another contactor he will be my first choice.

Todd Hammond rebuilt from the ground up the stairs and landing of our porch, and we were extremely happy with the work he did. He is a meticulous craftsman, and his finished product is everything we could have hoped for. He gets an A+ for his communication from the beginning to the end our project. In the planning stage, Todd provided us with the information we needed to make good decisions. When the construction started, he made sure we always knew what was happening and when. He was great to work with, and we strongly recommend him - and will call him without hesitation for any future project!

This is the second project that Todd has done for us. We are absolutely thrilled with the results. Todd communicates well and is very patient in allowing us to ask questions. He does a good job explaining things in laymanâ s terms, which is important to me as someone with only basic home maintenance skills. His contract is detailed in scope and we were never caught off guard money-wise. In fact, Todd informed us when materials came in at lower than projected cost and passed those savings onto us. He is incredibly considerate in his work; my wife watched a few babies in the house several days a week, and Todd generously asked for appropriate times to do anything that might be loud or disruptive to that end. That is definitely going above and beyond. Other than that, the quality of his work and his attention to detail is what will make us look to him for any home renovation project in the future. Mr Hammond exceeded our expectations of a lower lever remodel after extensive foundation work His contract was detailed and work timeline was flexible for his schedule and ours. Great attention to detail,, and his carpentry skills were creative as the remodel had several challenges. I will recommend him to anyone!

They started the project on time. Kept the worksite clean and orderly. The quality of construction is amazing! Todd is a good communicator and kept us abreast throughout the job.

We received several bids. After meeting with Todd Hammond and seeing his attention to detail, we decided to go choose him. From the Concrete Footers to the Framing to the Composite Decking and Aluminum Railing, great care was taken in making sure every detail of our deck was perfect. Two-story deck tear down and rebuild project. My wife and I are extremely happy with the work that was done at our home by Todd and his crew. On many occasions, Todd and Jeremy went above and beyond the scope of work to help with decision making and give advice when asked. The crew kept the work area clean and picked up after each day off work. Todd kept the project on schedule and within agreed upon quote price...zero overages. I respect the fact that all decisions went through us, the homeowner, If something came up on the project. The attention to detail was great and I noticed several things that were done on the job that made Hammond Construction stand out. I would recommend these guys for any project you may have as a homeowner and I m sure we will use Todd again in the future. We love the work!

Working with Todd was such a relief, considering we’ve worked with very unprofessional contractors before. He consulted with us to fit our needs throughout the process, and put up with a lot of headaches with unforeseen circumstances. He’s professional, honest, and provides top quality work. I appreciate that he isn’t a “take your money and leave it up to whoever I hire” kind of guy, as he works hard alongside his employees. He is great! He stays in touch with you! We needed specific decking materials and when the delivery arrived he was not satisfied with the quality and refused the product. He then reached out to several other suppliers to find us a better quality product. We will recommend him to others!

Todd did a fantastic job adding a bonus room and bathroom to our home. He does quality work and his costs were affordable (he stayed on budget !!!). He had excellent communication during every step of the construction process and was able to guide us with many of the decisions that had to be made. He and his subcontractors were trustworthy and of the highest quality. He will be the first person we call for any future projects !
